Other companies DONT want to solve it because that means they get to come back and charge you again. BBK actually works on solving the issue! I have been using BBK for a little over a year. We have had issues with spiders in a older model home. They have done a fantastic job working on the spiders and addressing any other issues as they have come up (wasps, etc.). Brandon in particular has been awesome to work with... thorough, knowledgable and very friendly.
