Got rid of carpet bugs
Nick was friendly and courteous. Did a very thorough job of inspecting the apartment for signs of infestation. Recommended the best treatment for the situation. I will definitely call again for any future issues.

Rats in the attic
BBK/Nic is the absolute best. Originally hired them to take care of what gotten to be a pretty bad rat situation in our attic and garage. Haven’t seen or heard from any rats or mice in months. Did such a great job we hired him for the full pest control service year-round. From a customer service perspective, there’s nobody better than Nic. Super responsive and always helpful. Pricing is better than anyone else we looked at or talked to. And he’s never looking to upsell you (we had several outfits tell us we needed to spend more than $10,000 to deal with the rats in the attic). Can’t recommend more strongly!
